The prices in the brochures are calculated based on costs available at the time of printing. With the fluctuation of the local currencies vs USD vs CAD, prices are subject to change. In addition, prices may change depending on availability of flights & hotel rooms; alternate hotels or flights may be offered to you for a supplement.

Land only means a package that does not include international flights from Canada to the 1st point of arrival & return to Canada.

Yes, please arrange the changes prior to departure.

Yes, all land packages include transfers on arrival / departure between airport and the hotel.

Our land operators use different type of vehicles depending on the group size.

We have carefully selected 3-5* hotels that have all the modern conveniences with good value & great location for you to walk around during your day at leisure.

We provide English speaking tour guides for all our trips. A special request may be made for French, Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking guides.

Most of our tour packages are private tours. Please contact Jade Tours for more information on group tour.

| 12. | What is the difference between seat in private tours, coach excursions, seat-in-coach tours & group tours?
Private tours are tailor-made tours exclusive to the traveler only; coach excursions are modular excursions that are taken with a big or small group of people (no fix departure dates required); seat-in-coach tours are tours with specific departure dates; group size can range from minimum of 2 up to 16. Group tours are tours with specific departure dates and group size can range from 2-35.

The best time varies with each destination. April-May, Sep-Oct is the best time to travel to China, Japan & South Korea. For the rest of Asia, you can visit them year round; however, there is a possibility of typhoons during certain months. | 14. | How much deposit do you require to secure the space for the tour?
A deposit of $400/per person is required to book your tour package.

| 15. | Can I make changes to my package after I’ve booked the package?
Yes, you can change your package provided there are no penalties from the suppliers (hotels, airlines, cruise & etc) for the cancellations.

Yes, for a minimal fee, we will assist all our clients in securing visas that are required for the package.

Yes, however some tours require a minimum of 2 traveling together. Please contact Jade Tours regarding single passenger traveling alone.

Single supplement charge is the additional cost for each person to stay in a single room when two or more passengers are traveling together.

Taxes are in addition to the package price.

No, all airport taxes are paid locally by the traveler.

No. Daily American buffet breakfasts are included in all our packages, but lunch & dinner meals are provided on full day tours when you are traveling off the beaten path with very limited choices of restaurants. We would like travelers the flexibility of selecting their preference of meals when possible.

We require final payment 45 days prior to departure. Please allow us 2 weeks to process your documents.

Yes, we do. Discounts on group travel varies in each country.

| 27. | Can you accommodate special dietary needs in Asia?
Yes, we will do all possible to accommodate your dietary needs. However, we recommend travelers who have severe nut allergies to bring an epiphen with them at all times.

| 28. | What are the baggage restrictions in Asia?
Currently within Asia, you are allowed only 20 kgs. Per person. For intercontinental flights from Canada & return, you are allowed 2 pieces at 50lbs per piece.

We can always request for a quote if your travel dates are beyond the validity of our brochure.
