Day 1 Home City > Hong Kong Depart home aboard your flight to Hong Kong, one of Asia’s most dynamic cities. Day 2 Hong Kong Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to the Miramar Hotel for 3 nights accommodation. Day 3 Hong Kong [B] Start the day with a visit to Victoria Peak. From here you will see Hong Kong’s incredible skyline and the South China Sea, and enjoy the scenic coastal beauty of Deep Water Bay and Repulse Bay. The Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter is located here – a floating community of Chinese junks and fishing boats that house some 6,000 boat people. Then head south to the maze of small shops in Stanley Market for a seaside excursion and a few hours of bargain hunting. Balance of the day free at leisure. Day 4 Hong Kong [B] Further explore this island at your own pace. Browse through the main shopping district or enjoy the tranquility of a temple early in the morning. Day 5 Hong Kong > Tokyo [B] This morning, you are transferred to the airport for your flight to Tokyo. Upon arrival at Narita Airport, you are met and assisted to the airport shuttle bus and then transferred to the Shiba Park Hotel for 3 nights. Day 6 Tokyo [B] The tour this morning starts with a visit to the imposing Tokyo Tower, where you can get a panoramic view of the city and Tokyo Bay. This is followed by a tour of the Imperial Palace Plaza and a drive through the shopping district of Akihabara. The tour also includes a visit to the famous Asakusa Kannon Temple and the row of traditional shops nearby, before driving through the entertainment and shopping district of Ginza. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore this fascinating city on your own. Day 7 Tokyo > Mt. Fuji > Hakone > Tokyo [B/L] Take a motor coach ride into the neatly tended countryside as you approach Mount Fuji with its perfect, snow-capped conical shape hovering into view. Continue ascending to the 5th station, the halfway point at 2300 meters for spectacular views of rolling fields, orchards, lakes, and streams. Enjoy lunch at the Highland Resort, then continue with a relaxing cruise on Lake Ashi, and a breathtaking ride on the Mt. Komagatake aerial tramway. Later today, board the Bullet Train and speed your way back to Tokyo. Day 8 Tokyo > Honolulu [B] Full day at leisure. Late this afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Hawaii. As you fly back over the Pacific Ocean; crossing the International Dateline, you arrive in Honolulu in the morning on the same day, so you gain a day! After clearing immigration and customs, you will be met and greeted in the traditional Hawaiian way with a lei and will be transferred to the Radisson Prince Hotel or similar. Day 9 Honolulu > Pearl Harbour [B] A morning sightseeing excursion features the sunken USS Arizona and its impressive memorial to the men still entombed there, Punchbowl National Cemetery, and Honolulu Lookout. Continue to the bustling Chinatown, Iolani Palace, and Kamehameha𠏋 Statue. The afternoon is free at leisure. Tonight join an optional sunset dinner cruise along the shores of Waikiki. Day 10 Honolulu [B] Spend a full day relaxing on Waikiki Beach or simply soaking up the magical atmosphere of Hawaii. Day 11 Honolulu [B] Full day at leisure to pursue own interests. We suggest a full-day optional outing to the Polynesian Cultural Center on the island’s north shore where you𠑥l enjoy a lavish dinner buffet and the colorful stage show “Horizons.” Day 12 Honolulu > Home City [B] Late this morning you will be transferred back to Honolulu Airport, for your return flight home.
